Orders may be returned or exchanged provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- All documentation, cards, and materials must be intact.
- Packaging, including boxes, labels, and ribbons, must be returned in original condition.
- Personalised items cannot be returned.
- Returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of delivery.
You are responsible for ensuring returned items reach us safely. We recommend using a registered courier service that provides proof of posting and delivery. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Moranzani is not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, misdirected, or delayed during return transit.
