Orders & Payment

We accept major credit cards including Mastercard and Visa. Payments via PayPal are also accepted. We also accept payment via bank transfer. In this case, customers must Contact Us so that we can process the order manually and issue the relevant invoice. Once funds have cleared our account, the order will be processed and shipped.

When your order is placed, a series of security checks are carried out to authorise your payment. A card pre-authorisation may take place to temporarily reserve the funds while we prepare your order for shipment. Your card will not be charged until your order has been shipped. All personalised orders require full payment in advance and will be charged at the time the order is placed.

If you wish to cancel your order, you will need to contact us via one of our listed methods under the ‘Client Services’ section of our website as soon as possible. If you order is still in the packaging & preparation stages, we may be able to cancel the order. If the item has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. A notification email will be sent as soon as the order had been shipped.
