We accept major credit cards including; Mastercard and Visa. Payments via PayPal are also accepted.
We also accept payment via bank transfer, however, customers must Contact Us so we can process the order manually and issue the relevant invoice. Once funds have cleared our account, the order will be processed and shipped.
When your order is placed, a series of checks are carried out to authorize your payment as part of our security process. A card pre-authorisation normally takes place to reserve the funds temporarily whilst we prepare your order for shipment. Your card will not be charged until your order is shipped. All personalised orders will require full payment in advance and therefore the card will be charged as soon as the order is placed.
If you wish to cancel your order, you will need to contact us via one of our listed methods outlined under our Customer Supportpage as soon as possible. If you order is still in the packaging & preparation stages, we may be able to cancel the order. If the item has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. A notification email will be sent as soon as the order had been shipped.
All listed prices on our website are final and inclusive of VAT.
